Conor Jensen Photography – Terms of Service

Travel Policy

Travel within 25 miles of Park City, Utah is included in the session fee. For sessions beyond this radius, the following travel fees apply:
- 26–50 miles: +$50
- 51–100 miles: +$100
- Over 100 miles: Custom quote based on distance and availability

For sessions requiring air travel or overnight stays, all travel expenses—including airfare, lodging (2-night minimum), transportation, and applicable baggage fees—must be covered by the client. A custom quote will be provided, and travel must be confirmed and paid in full at least 14 days before departure.

Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable $200 retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. This retainer will be applied toward your total session cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, prior to the session start time.

- Cash
- Major credit/debit cards
- Venmo

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A $200 retainer is required to book your session. This retainer is fully refundable unless a no-show occurs or cancellation happens within 72 hours of the scheduled session time.

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 72 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed without penalty; additional changes may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. In the event of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, rescheduling will be accommodated at no cost.

If a session is canceled with fewer than 72 hours’ notice, or in the case of a no-show, the retainer will be forfeited. A new retainer will be required to rebook.

Image Delivery & Usage Rights

Final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session, either through a secure online gallery or via in-person review, depending on your selected service. The gallery will remain active for 30 days from the date of delivery for viewing, downloading, and ordering.

All clients receive web-resolution digital files for personal, non-commercial online use (e.g., social media). These images may be shared online with credit to Conor Jensen Photography, but may not be altered or edited with filters or third-party presets.

High-resolution images suitable for printing are available for purchase, either individually or as part of your package. Clients may order professional-quality prints directly through the gallery. For those wishing to have full usage rights (including printing, archiving, and unrestricted personal use), a full-resolution digital image license may be purchased.

Model Release & Client Consent

By booking a session with Conor Jensen Photography, you grant permission for images taken during your session to be used in the photographer’s portfolio, including but not limited to: website, social media, marketing materials, and printed promotional work. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please request a written model release exemption at the time of booking.

Copyright & Licensing

All images created by Conor Jensen Photography are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients receive limited usage rights based on their purchased package.

For personal sessions, clients are granted a license to download and share web-resolution images for personal, non-commercial use. High-resolution files and full printing rights are available for purchase.

For commercial or brand-related work, a separate licensing agreement will be provided to outline specific usage rights and limitations based on the project’s scope and duration.

Promotions

From time to time, Conor Jensen Photography may offer limited-time discounts or promotional packages. Promotions are valid only during the stated period and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Client Conduct & Expectations

Clients are expected to arrive on time, communicate openly, and participate respectfully throughout the session. If a session is disrupted due to uncooperative or inappropriate behavior, the photographer reserves the right to end the session early. In such cases, the session fee and retainer are non-refundable.

If you would like to include a makeup artist for your session, this must be requested at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for all fees associated with third-party services and will pay the makeup artist directly.

Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy matters. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, or phone number) will be used solely for communication, scheduling, and delivery of your session materials. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

By booking a session with Conor Jensen Photography, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service outlined above. These terms ensure clarity, professionalism, and a positive experience for everyone involved.
